Pricing & Policies

Annual Registration Fee

Upon registering for a weekly tumbling class, or joining a club STUNT team, there will be a $30 charge for a registration fee. This will be due annually from the date that you sign up, so long as you are still enrolled in classes or a team. There is no registration fee required for pop-up classes.

Tuition/Class Prices

Our class prices are listed on our studio director and can be viewed when you create an account and view the class schedule. Pop-up classes vary in price depending on the class being offered.

Attendance/Make-ups

Weekly tumbling and cheer classes: If you miss your tumbling class you do not get a refund, pro-rate, or credit to your account. If your athlete misses a class, we do offer make-up classes.Our general policy allows for one make-up per month. If an exception is needed, please email us to discuss. Make-up classes should be completed within one month of the missed practice. Athletes may attend a make-up session at the same level and age group they are currently enrolled in. When you arrive, simply let the coach know that your athlete is attending a make-up class. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

 

 

Pop-ups: Due to the limited amount of spots, if for some reason you can not attend a pop-up class that you signed up for, we require a 48 hour notice so that we can fill your spot. With a 48 hour notice you will receive a credit on your account to use at another time.

Late Fee

All payments are due the 1st of the month. If they are not paid by the 10th of the month then a late fee of $25 that will be applied to your account. If your bill is not paid by the 15th of the month you will be dropped from the tumbling class you're enrolled in and your spot will be filled.

Cancellation Policy

Classes: When you register for a tumbling class, you are committing to the full month. Your athlete will remain enrolled each month unless you email Athletic Edge to request to remove your athlete before the new month begins. No refunds or credits will be issued for mid-month cancellations. 

STUNT Teams:
Accepting a spot on a STUNT team is a commitment to the entire season. If your athlete is unable to complete the season for any reason, you are still financially responsible for the full season’s fees.

Clinics & Camps:
To cancel participation in a clinic or camp, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds or credits.
