Tumbling Classes

Tumbling classes are 45 minutes long. Starting off with stretching and warm ups, then different stations to work on new skills and ending the class with conditioning. Our goal is to have all of our tumblers learning new skills while maintaining and perfecting their current skills on both spring floor and dead mat.

Tumbling Levels

Level 1

  • Beginning tumbler. 

  • Skills we will work on: forward roll, handstand, handstand forward roll, handstand bridge, front walkover, front handspring, cartwheel, round off, backward roll, back extension roll, back bend, backbend kickover, back walkover, standing back handspring, roundoff back handspring, and more.

Level 2

  • Skills required to be in this class: on the floor unassisted standing back handspring and round off back handspring.

  • Skills we will work on: standing multiple back handsprings, round off multiple back handsprings, combination passes to back handsprings, ariels, round off back tucks, and more.

Level 3+

  • Skills required to be in this class: on the floor unassisted multiple back handsprings and round off back tuck. 
  • Skills we will work on: standing back tuck, standing back handspring tuck, other various standing series, roundoff back handspring back tuck, layouts, fulls, front punches, whips, combination passes, and more. 

Class Schedule

Mondays:

7:00 - 7:45 Level 1 (AGE 6-11)

7:45 - 8:30 Level 2

8:30 - 9:15 Level 3

Tuesdays:

7:00 - 7:45 Level 1 (Age 10+)

7:45 - 8:30 Level 2/3

8:30 - 9:15 18U STUNT Tumbling Class
